Rebuild Clubs

The District offers currently two programs in assisting of rebuilding clubs.

The CPR Program

The CPR program is a quick-fix (one or two visits) to re-energize clubs that just need a boost to get the enthusiasm going again.

CPR can be "administered" by one or two "EMTs" (Emergency Messenger Toastmasters).

The SWAT Team Program

The SWAT Team program is for clubs with bigger challenges that require more help.

SWAT Teams are three or more Toastmasters. Each one will be a specialist in one or more critical factors for quality meetings and successful clubs.

To call in a SWAT Team, contact your Area Governor, Division Governor, or email clubassist@toastmastersd50.org.
